New to ID Theft Protection Services?

Registration for nxg|PROTECT requires a Member ID provided by AFCU. This ID can be found by logging into online banking.

Please note: this unique Member ID is NOT your AFCU Member Number.

For assistance with obtaining your unique Member ID or for questions concerning your eligibility, please call AFCU at 800-999-3961 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. MT.
