WHAT DOES IT COVER?

Reimbursement for Stolen or Damaged Mobile Phones


  1. Replacement or repair costs if your eligible mobile phone is stolen or damaged

  2. Pays up to $850 minus a $50 deductible

  3. Unlimited claims

  4. Coverage applies to all mobile phones purchased by you or any named account holder

  5. No pre-registration required

  6. Includes cracked screens, liquid spills, burglary and robbery

  7. Coverage begins the first day of the month following the date you first become entitled to the service

  8. Damage or theft that occurs prior to the coverage effective date is not covered


HOW DO I FILE A CLAIM?*

Easy Online Claim Form!


  1. Log in to online or mobile banking at americafirst.com and go to the Premium Checking benefits page to file a mobile claim within 60 days of the loss or damage of the covered device.

  2. The online claim form will automatically populate with the Primary account holder's Member ID in the Member ID field.

  3. The primary account holder should enter all the remaining required information on the electronic claim form.

  4. If you need assistance locating the Primary account holder's Member ID, please contact AFCU at 800-999-3961.

  5. Once you submit your claim, it will be reviewed by a claims administrator. If any additional information is needed to process your claim, a claims administrator will contact you.

If you do not have access to online banking, enroll today for the easiest mobile claim submission process, or you can call AFCU at 800-999-3961 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. MT.
